FAQS

The security of our container storage is our number one priority. This is why we have installed CCTV which is in operation 24 hours a day (except Ivybridge). All our site locations are fenced, have locked gates and have restricted access on entry.  Additionally, we have camera monitoring by an outside security firm at Faraday Mill.

All containers are provided with a high-quality container padlock saving you the hassle of finding a padlock that fits onto the container under the security lock shield. We also supply spare keys for padlocks should they be needed (This is an additional cost).

All of our containers are “Drive up” so you can get right up close to the doors.

Via a security automated gate system that opens using mobile technology through your mobile phone. Ivybridge is the exception and has manual swing gates lockable using a coded padlock.

We require one full calendar months’ notice by email or in writing of your intention to vacate the container. ie: If you gave notice by the end of February, the container would be handed back and paid for up until the end of March.

Please sweep the floor and leave in a clean condition and call us to arrange handover of keys upon vacation.

We pride ourselves in providing good quality new containers at an affordable price, but do not cut corners.

Our containers have a specialist coating on the ceiling that prevents the condensation droplets forming during normal use. If you take high concentrations of moisture into the container in forms such as rain on trailers, wet grass on lawnmowers and even used mattresses, condensation could still form.
